In 1963 werden de eerste flessen gebotteld. Na enkele jaren proberen en zoeken, schakelt Dominique, de zoon van Charles, om naar biologische landbouw (AB) en later ook de biodynamie. De belangrijkste druivenrassen zijn de bekende rassen van de streek namelijk: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gew\u00fcrztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Sylvaner.
